刘晓旭是北京大学信息管理系情报学专业硕士研究生，2024年获得南开大学图书馆学学士学位并辅修哲学专业，主要研究兴趣是AI以及广义的ICTs对社会造成的影响，特别是信息弱势群体遭遇的困境；此外也积极关注信息科学与哲学的交叉领域。

Xiaoxu Liu is a Master’s student in Information Science, Department of Information Management, Peking University. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Library Science with a minor in Philosophy from Nankai University in 2024. His research centers on the social impacts of AI and ICTs — especially the challenges confronting information‑disadvantaged groups — as well as intersections between information science and philosophy.
