Zhiyuan Lai is an undergraduate student in the Department of Information Management at Peking University, majoring in Information Management and Information Systems and pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Sociology. His research examines how digital technologies shape everyday life, social interaction, identity formation, and processes of meaning-making, with a particular focus on how social inequalities are manifested, reinforced, or reproduced through the design, use, and circulation of technology. He is especially concerned with the experiences and well-being of marginalized communities, exploring how they negotiate, respond to, and reimagine technology within digital environments.

Yichu Liu is an undergraduate student majoring in Information Management and Information Systems at the Department of Information Management, Peking University. He is currently engaged in research in computational social science, with projects spanning algorithmic literacy, the intelligent digital divide, and human–computer interaction.

Yingyan Chen is a master’s student in Information Science at the Department of Information Management, Peking University. She holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the School of Management, Beijing Institute of Technology (2025). Building on her interdisciplinary background in management and information science, she is exploring innovative research at the intersection of computational social science and intelligent methodologies. Her current work focuses on automated grounded theory analysis using intelligent agents—termed “intelligent grounding”—and investigates artificial intelligence literacy across different demographic groups.

Jie Wang is a master’s student in Information Science at the Department of Information Management, Peking University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Information Systems from Peking University in 2023, while also completing a dual degree in Sociology. Her current research interests include computational social science and AI literacy.

Zhuohan Shi is a Master’s student in Publishing at the Department of Information Management, Peking University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Peking University, majoring in Information Management and Information Systems with a minor in Sociology. Her interdisciplinary background in the social sciences has led her to focus on topics in computational social science, such as the digital divide and information literacy (including AI literacy). Currently, she is engaged in research on the application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of education.

冯如茵是洛桑联邦理工学院（EPFL）数字人文专业硕士研究生（2024–2027），于2024年获得北京大学大数据管理与应用专业学士学位。
依托于理学与人文学科的背景，她一直从事数字人文领域的跨学科研究，研究方向涵盖计算社会学与数字文化研究。同时，她目前也在探索和学习生成式人工智能、机器学习以及VR开发。
课余时间，她喜欢进行手工创作与艺术活动，也喜欢探索大自然。

Ruyin Feng is a Master’s student in Digital Humanities at EPFL (2024–2027). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Big Data Management and Application from Peking University (2024).
Building on her strong engineering and humanities background, she pursues interdisciplinary research in digital humanities, with interests in computational social media analysis and digital culture studies. She is also currently exploring generative AI, machine learning, and VR development with Unity.
Beyond academics, she enjoys making handcrafts and art, and spending time in nature.

Boyuan Jia graduated with a master’s degree from the Department of Information Management, Peking University in 2025, majoring in Information Science. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Department of Information Management, Wuhan University in 2018. Building on her previous experience in digital humanities, she is currently dedicated to interdisciplinary research in computational social science, covering human-computer interaction and algorithmic literacy.
